Food and Beverages, oh NO!  Budgets, policies, allergies, food preferences...what is a planner and supplier to do?  With shrinking budgets and policy constraints i'ts easy to think of food service at events and meetings as a "chore" and try to do the bare minimum at the lowest cost, or even try to forgo it all together.  However, what if you were able to work with your supplier to come up with a plan that would work within your budget and your polices? So now, thanks to you and your supplier working together you've figured out how you can provide food and beverages at your event/meeting, you have to deal with the dreaded food preferences and allergies - gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher...the list seems to be never ending.  How do you accommodate everyone while sticking to your budget?  During this panel presentation suppliers and planners will discuss some of the various challenges they encounter involving food and beverages at events/meetings, as well as share some of the solutions they have devised along the way to address them.
