Education Topic: Managing Your Facility Details in Times of COVID

This session will provide an overview of how COVID has changed how facilities and planners must approach almost every element of events. Planning and flexibility has always been important for all parties involved but COVID has added additional steps from the booking stages right up to the day of the event.

Creating a social distancing diagram for your meeting is just the start…

There are now the requirements of additional health department event approvals, creating event plans that meet the changing Virginia Governor’s mandated guidelines and integrating the plans with vendors and contractors.

Do you have a COVID specific event plan?

If not. Don’t worry.

This month’s session will provide some insight that can help you start a COVID specific event plan.
