Monthly Chapter Meetings
Join Us At Our Next Meeting!
The Old Dominion Chapter holds educational meetings on the first Wednesday of each month. Meeting times commence at 3:00 pm (with registration beginning at 2:30pm). Following the chapter education program is a networking reception hosted by the member hotel. Meetings are held at various member hotels and properties in the Commonwealth with a majority held in the Richmond area. Members may register for the monthly meetings on the chapter website.
Monthly online meeting registration fees for members are:
- Government Planner: Free
- Contract Planner: Free
- Supplier: $25.00 in advance ($30.00 at the door)
- Associate Supplier: $20.00 in advanced
Non-member planners (Planner Guests) may attend the first two meetings free of charge.
Non-member suppliers (Supplier Guests) may attend the first two meetings with a fee of $30.00. On the third and final visit, ALL non-members are asked to join the chapter.
Registration will cut off 48 hours prior to the meeting. Suppliers will pay $30.00 as a walk in if not registered prior to this time.
